Support Wendy and the Lullaby Trust

The Lullaby Trust (formerly FSID)

Wendy who owns and runs Kid One Stop Shop along side her friends Rachel and Emma are walking 26.2 miles around the Cheltenham Circular Footpath and this is why:

One year ago, on Saturday 2nd February 2013, Matilda Mae Henley went to sleep and did not wake up. She was just 9 months old. Her life was cut tragically short by SIDS and devastated everyone who knew and loved her, not least her Mummy Jennie.

She is a Mother who has walked the last 12 months without her beautiful Daughter. She is a Mother who is struggling to find reasons to smile each day, and yet she is selflessly supporting The Lullaby Trust in their tireless efforts to support other families and to fund research into Sudden Infant Death Syndrome (SIDS).

With your help we too can support The Lullaby Trust in their efforts to discover why babies like Matilda die. This vital research may also help to save over 300 babies a year in the UK who still die of SIDS. We may not be able to bring Matilda back, no matter how much we would dearly like to, but we can ensure her legacy thrives day by day, and that Jennie knows she is not alone.

On Saturday 2nd August 2014, in Memory of Matilda Mae and in support of a dear friend Jennie and The Lullaby Trust, Rachel, Emma and Wendy will walk ‘Full Circle’ 26.2 miles around the Cheltenham Circular Footpath. Our ‘Full Circle for Matilda Mae’ challenge pays tribute to Jennie and her family, who have so painstakingly and bravely walked the last 12 months without their darling Matilda.

Please please help us to make a difference to families devastated by Sudden Infant Death Syndrome.

Thank you.
