This is what we have planned for this week.
The ragu which currently blipping away in the slow cooker is made with yesterdays left over pork and smells so good!
Sausage and bean stew is a new favourite of ours and we use flageolet beans but you can use any type of beans.
The beef pie is homemade. The filling will be cooked overnight in the slow cooker and then left to cool ready to be topped with puff pastry (ready made).
We often have pizza on a Friday but we are mixing it up this week with hot dogs served with homemade potato wedges.
A fake away for us on Saturday with pork stir-fry and then we will cook some mini spring rolls and serve with prawn crackers.
We don’t always have a roast on a Sunday so this week is lasagne.
