We are half way through January are we surviving the cold? This is the toughest part of the month as payday seems so long away.

Monday – Lentil Soup and Homemade Bread

Tuesday – Homemade Pork Meatballs

Wednesday – Sausage and Bean Casserole

Thursday – Turkey, Bacon and Thyme Hopot

Friday – Chicken Casserole

Saturday – Homemade Burgers and Wedges

Sunday – Roast Chicken
